How To Cancel Your Membership

Choose the correct cancellation method based on how you purchased your membership.

Method 1: Purchased on our website using a web browser on your computer or phone (e.g., Safari or Google Chrome)
Method 2: Purchased through the iPhone app from the Apple App Store
Method 3: Purchased through the Android app from the Google Play Store

On the Website
- Log in to your DTD account.
- Click your profile icon (top right corner).
- Select Settings.
- Under Billing or Subscriptions, find the active plan you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Tip: If you subscribed through the website directly (not through Apple or Google), canceling must be done inside Kajabi. Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
On an iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find the app or service you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you don’t see “Cancel,” the subscription may already be canceled or expired.
On an Android Phone (through Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select the app or service you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
If you don’t see the subscription listed, make sure you’re signed in with the same Google account you used to subscribe.
